Weather

Am in Minneapolis, MN today the heat was unbearable hot and humid and sticky.... It still is hot 90 degrees and feels like 96.... Damn I realized even though my Birthday is the end of July I enjoy the fall weather more than everything then spring.... I don't like summer nor winter.... What do you think of the word "Weather" ?

Workout Routine

Am trying to find out a workout routine to help me shed pounds but I haven't had any luck.... So what's your successful routine??? What works and doesn't?? Do's and Don'ts??
